A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the issue is due to damage, misprint, or wrong item sent, in which case there is no restocking fee.

All items at Our Store are custom-made and printed just for you. Because of this, a 20% restocking fee applies to all products. However, exchanges do not incur a restocking fee.
Who is responsible for Return Label?
We provide a pre-paid return label for items that are damaged, misprinted, or defective.
For all other cases, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
