1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

  • (f) A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you have the legal authority to file the complaint.

2. Action Upon Receiving a Copyright Complaint

Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, we reserve the right to:

  • (a) Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  • (b) Notify the content provider responsible for the alleged infringement.
  • (c) Terminate access for repeat offenders.

3. Filing a Counter-Notice (Disputing a Claim)

If you believe your content was removed due to error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with the following details:

  • (a) Your physical or electronic signature.
  • (b) Identification of the removed content, including where it was previously located.
  • (c) A statement of good faith belief that the material was removed in error.
  • (d) Your contact details (name, address, phone number, email), along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant initiates a legal action within 10-14 business days.
